We are some of the many people in Monterey County who have a relative or friend with a serious mental illness. We are people who have a diagnosis of a mental illness. We have joined together to provide mutual support and information, and to work together for changes in the mental health system.
“I just attended my first NAMI Family Support Group and the facilitators and the group experience was just the kind of support I was seeking at this time.”
“We enjoyed being part of Family to Family. Our instructors taught us vital information that we can apply to our lives when helping our love, and crisis support references, as well as how to prevent a crisis.”
